Traits
Teddy Bears are very playful and love human interaction. Teddy Bears are very intelligent and require daily interaction, they are very food driven and so make for a great training puppy. Teddy Bears where designed to have the agility to be able to go hiking and camping with the family, we wanted something with a stronger bone structure, yet small enough to still fit in your purse. Our average adult Teddy Bear weight is 4-7 lbs.
Personality
Teddy Bears are gentle and loving dogs who get along very well with young children or other small pets. They prefer the company of humans, and can become strongly attached to a specific owner. They are intelligent, and respond better to positive reinforcement. As puppies they will be very curious with a short attention span, however, they can learn house rules quickly, if there is consistency in training.
Grooming
Teddy Bears have a hypoallergenic non shed to very little shed wavy curly coat and come in multiple colors and markings, daily brushing is recommended for medium to long coat, grooming is recommended every 5-6 weeks.
